I love stories of real people who’ve “made it,” through the everyday challenges that can lead to great things. A very nice listen, and uplifting and fun…all the things✌🏼

I struggle with change and one can only drive their friends crazy with “if I do/if I don’t” lists for so long 😉. I love the concept of this podcast and the host has engaging and helpful conversations with guests to guide you through difficult situations.

As the founder of a company who helps people through life changes, I’m always biased when it comes to podcasts about life changes - but this is the REAL DEAL! I love this podcast and learn something new in every episode! A great show!!

Going through a major life change can be scary and lonely. It’s nice to hear so many stories from others who have gone down similar paths. We’ll done!

I love the vulnerability and exploration at the heart of this podcast. There’s a real sense that you could listen to this podcast and experience real life shift in a positive direction. Change is hard, and when I come across a podcast that motivates me to do the hard work, like this show did, I am grateful. Definitely going to add it to my rotation.

We all have moments in life where everything is now moving in a new direction that forever changes our lives. The telling of these stories is so powerful, and Matt does a great job walking through these with his guests. Excellent podcast.

Wow, the way I relate to Matt’s story is heartbreaking. As someone who has been through so much in my life, these episodes resonate with me in a way that few can understand. You have to listen to this podcast and remind yourself, just like I do, that as bad as we have it sometimes, someone always has it worse. It can be an emotional listen, but you won’t regret tuning in.

Matt is a great interviewer, and he has brought together a wonderful collection of guests. I love how he lets his guests tell their stories without trying to steer the conversation one way or another, he asks thoughtful questions and really engages with them instead. I especially liked the conversation with Cristina Marcello about identity and letting yourself be who you are. Definitely recommend this podcast!

What a refreshing podcast! In an endless sea of interviews, Matt has curated amazing guests with inspirational stories, like, truly life changing stories.

Matt is an excellent host. The interviews are so engaging and relaxed. Matt really let’s his guests take the spotlight and tell their relatable stories. Production is also amazing

On every episode the conversation between Matt and his guest gives me much to think about. It helps me have perspective on different situations. I’m more self aware of my humanity thanks to The Life Shift podcast.

Interesting show on what public schools have become & how important it is to change that. The host show is about changes that affect your life and the teacher that was interviewed shared the struggles of teaching in public school and some very important things that need to change for the welfare of future generations. We need to get informed and be involved.

I have such a wide variety of types of podcasts that I listen to but this one does a really good job of keeping me engaged by sharing so many interesting stories that really make you think! We’re all just looking to find our place in the world and hearing about someone else’s experience left me feeling open-minded and optimistic about life’s challenges. The host has done a really great job of selecting guests and presenting them and their stories in a thought provoking manner.

Matt does a fantastic job of bringing on guests who have faced a pivotal moment and have overcome adversity or challenge. We all have moments in our lives where a shift is needed, or forced and this podcast does an excellent job of providing hope to the listener while they hear the guests experience. I love the human stories from divorce and living below the poverty line to overcoming PTSD, I guarantee you will connect with these guests and be left with hope for your own journey!

I’ll be blunt: I’m probably not the typical audience for this podcast. Stories about people and feelings? No way, let’s listen to politics and business and science. BUT I WAS WRONG (yes, really!) My wife introduced me to The Life Shift on a drive together and even for me and my slightly autistic brain and I have to say it’s pretty darn captivating. Now I listen to it even when I’m driving solo. A

This podcast is a gift to anyone who has ever navigated a life shift and felt alone. It’s easy to feel like we’re the “only one” who’s gone through the worst. Matt has a gift of sharing the stories of his guests and providing hope to those who listen.

Matt has found his purpose, and his passion shows! He has a comforting way of speaking to his guests. Many of which have hardships or trauma to share, and it really comes across how safe they feel in this vulnerable space with Matt. All the stories of his guests have something relatable, and thought provoking within their stories. I highly recommend you listen to the the trailer to hear Matt’s own story, then start listening to others.

I’m new to Matt’s podcast and I love it. He and his guests are relatable! I love Matt’s very casual, comfortable approach to interacting with his guests and life shifting has been and is so common now that many people will enjoy and learn from the work he’s doing!

Matt, I want to thank you for making your podcast. Thank you! While I’ve been aware of my various life shifts, which I’ve had many. I’m not sure I’ve looked at them as life shifts until listening to your podcast. On some level I knew they were but hadn’t fully placed the significance on them that they deserve. Listening to your podcast has made it really interesting looking back on them now seeing how they all line up in various ways. It also makes me look at what I’m currently experiencing as being in the middle of a massive shift that has been in the works for more than a decade and I’m not sure I would have fully been aware of it otherwise. So again thank you. I appreciate you creating the Life Shift podcast, sharing your story, creating a space for others to share their stories, and for sharing those stories with the world so we can all learn and grow together. Thank you!

This podcast and every episode makes me think about my own life and the ways in which I have had shifts happen! I love listening to the conversations Matt has with his guests!

Matt has a way of creating a framework for people to come forward with their story and allow them to organically offer the wisdom that is particular to their life shift. He never gets in the way of the guest, but tastefully and skillfully guides them to the milestones that we listeners need to hear most. Really good podcast. Every episode featured on TLSP is impactful - from stories of grief to parenthood to addiction...the list goes on! So many real life experiences that we often don’t hear too much of behind the scenes. Matt has a gifting in allowing his guests to really feel comfortable & vulnerable as they break down their ‘life shifts’ and share the good & bad in those experiences. There’s something to take away & learn from within each episode.
