Kristy realized this habit was not serving her well and decided to establish a consistent bedtime and start journaling as strategies for successful habit change. Then, she experienced a "lightning bulb" moment and changed her habit overnight.

Kristy emphasizes that sometimes our subconscious works against us, and we must actively work to overcome bad habits. She also highlights the empowering benefits of journaling and how it can help us take ownership of our lives and make intentional choices about our habits.
